“Rejecting an Invitation Politely”
やむを得ず（本当は行きたくないだけの時もありますが）せっかくのご招待をお断りする時には
こんな風にやんわりと、そして提案もつければ感じが良いですよね。
“I appreciate the invitation, but I’m not able to make it this time.
Let’s plan for another get-together soon.”
‘get-together’ は友達や仲間との集まりや、社交的なイベントを意味します。
